Breakout rooms

We will use the Zoom breakout rooms for the Working group meetings. The Working group leaders and speakers will be designated and all the participants will be able to choose which one they would like to attend. If the numbers are too small for a particular group, they can decide if they would like to continue or join another group at any time.

Update to the latest version of Zoom before the meeting

If you are running the Zoom application on your computer, please make sure it is the 5.3.0 version or later. You can update the application by clicking your initials in the top right corner of the Zoom application page and choosing “Check for Updates”.

Zoom questions during the workshop

If you need help or assistance during the meeting (in the main room or the breakout room), click the “Ask for Help” icon to invite the host [Shankar] who will then be notified to join the particular breakout room and assist you with any issues you are facing.
