The Lawrence Semiconductor Epitaxy Symposium brings together world-class researchers, industry leaders, and innovators to explore the latest advances in epitaxial growth, materials science, and semiconductor manufacturing. The 2025 Lawrence Semiconductor Epitaxy Symposium will be held on the Arizona State University Tempe campus, in the Physical Sciences F-Wing (PSF) building, located near Hayden Library.

From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX):
By light rail: Valley Metro Rail connects the airport to downtown Tempe, with a station just a few minutes’ walk from the venue.
